At the Turning Point
This chapter starts with an in-depth analysis of the problems in the representative form of government and continues reflecting on current events and challenges looming in our future. First and foremost among these is the conflict between forms of government. Other issues include economic problems, the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, the energy crisis and ecological issues. All those problems cannot be solved as long as minorities rule over the world nation's. We conclude this grim chapter with the analysis on the structural changes in government that are tried from time to time in order to address these problems, and see why they do not stand up to the challenge.
